TESPA President Andrew Weber recently spoke to Woodcreek residents about the status of lawsuits against the Aqua-Texas water company. The event was part of Water Wise, a series of educational events organized by Salwa Khan of the Mothering Earth podcast. After Weber spoke, a drawing was held to award ten 50-gallon rain barrels to residents. The rain barrels were provided by TESPA, in an effort to encourage rainwater harvesting as a way to extend and conserve our water resources.
Water Wise events are endorsed by the City of Woodcreek, the City of Wimberley, the Hays County Master Naturalists and the Wimberley Village Library.
